Slip is bad > shorter lifespan
Higher pressure > could wear out pump etc earlier but the requested load might be inside specification
You have to keep in mind that there are many ZF8 variants out there and all others have higher torque limits and hardware changes will be kept to a minimum. So the pump , lines could be the same as in a higher rated unit
Just look at the feedback of the guy with his 35d and the transmission worked just fine for many miles with sky high torque
