A spanner wrench might work if it only needs 1/4-1/8 of a turn to tighten. Only thing is, they would only use 2 of the 3 holes. Not ideal, but would probably work. Anyone want to tofft and give it a shot?
Edit: Harbor Freight has one for $5. Might just pick one up and try it myself.
