no.
unless you find a tool shaped in an L and has a ratcheting head at the end.
its not difficult. to do from the bottom. I only lifted one side of the car to do it.
remove belly and pan and the other smallish rectangle covering the rack (3 8mm bolts) and then just reach in with your tool.
there is few thick cables coming out of the bottom part of the rack itself that get in the way but is doable.
