Did this twice on my previous 420d, replaced the tyre on 1 of the occasions but managed to get BMW to pay for it - I argued they should have told me not to drive home on it because it ruined the run flat. The other time it was just a valve swap, the tyre was fine because I didn't drive on it flat.
