Yikes on that link! It's very long
But, be careful in the bin with the positive charging lug. I'd just touched it with this very thing and it sparked...so I went to using a wood dowel to pushing leaves into the nozzle of my vac hose.

I think if I'd known about removing the wheel well lining before I did what I did, I'd just try that. Maybe you can just turn the wheel and get in one side at a time without having to jack up the car?
