The dpf itself is about £2100 so bmw charging £1k to fit and reset the adaptation.
Seems a bit ott when the e90 dpf was 'only' £1500, i replaced mine but only because I'd found a genuine one for £700
If mine on the f30 starts to block I'd be attempting a cleaning solution first.
