I'm sure 90% of the people here know that the lessee gets the MSDs back at end of the lease. In this case, it's $4900 to whoever assumes the lease. Since it's returned at the end of the lease, the payments are still $655 (in NC) for the remaining months...but if you factor in the MSD that is returned, the
effective payment is $305. Math is shown in the original post.
I'll post an update in a few days after the car is serviced.
