Unfortunately no. This is straight from the FAQ portion of the bulletin:
How long is the offer in place?
The offer is valid for purchases made the day of event attendance through October 31, 2013. Offer is not valid for vehicles ordered or delivered prior to event attendance. Eligible vehicles must be delivered and RDR’d through DCSNet from the day of the event through October 31, 2013.
