Free Krav Maga!
The Krav Maga studio I go to is having an Open House on October 18th, from 10am to noon. This will be at the Tustin studio, 710 El Camino Real, Tustin, CA 92780.
The workout will be VERY fun: striking, knife defense, and choke defenses. It's open to men and women, of any mobile age. And best of all, it's FREE!
I'll be there, hope to see you there too. Wear comfortable shorts and a tshirt. Shoes are not worn on the mats, although if you have dedicated wrestling shoes you can wear those.
