The car is at ~86000 miles. After the last oil change and the same shell diesel #2 my car averaged between 52.9 and 53.7 mpg.
Driving at 68 mph-70 mph for 1.5 hrs.
44 degree Fahrenheit outside temperature on flat Midwest terrain.
I normally get between 38 to 42 mpg.. Could be tailwind but that is rare when driving N to S and E to W around Lake Michigan.
I have no idea what changed, But I like it.
