CTS Catless downpipe + bm3 Stage 1

Am I able to run bm3 stage 1 with a catless downpipe without CEL
By running a catless downpipe in stage 1 will i be damaged/hurting my engine/turbo in anyway?
Mods: Charge Pipe, res delete, CTS intake, Catless Downpipe, everything else stock
