EGR is good for engine warmup.
There's less metal and bearing wear when oil is warm. Coldstarts are where engines wear the most.
Good info, makes sense. Just worried about my d now. She is used to 45 minute 70-80 mph drives twice a day, 5 days a week. Now she will be getting 10 minute city drives.
