Now since it's working with remote then it looks like there is nothing wrong with your locking and unlocking mechanism.
My only guess if it's not working using the Handel or comfort access assuming you are doing it correctly is that they use a different signal than the remote to open the trunck lock
Your only option is to take it to Bavaria unfortunately

i think the problem on the physical key.... I send the car today to BMW and they told me it may be the trunk physical key also they have some changed must be done for this model as requirement from Germany and must leave the car till tomorrow...
