Previously I used an enet cable but now I use a more advanced cable, don't remember the name, combined with a delphi diagnostic software on a windows laptop.
Don't do all that.

I had asked if you have an enet cable and a windows laptop, as we can schedule a time to remote in and take a look at it, revert to stock, etc. No advanced cables needed, no aftermarket programs needed.

ENET is *the* cable for these. It's basically a LAN cable to connect the car and the laptop, creating a network between the two. That's the factory way.
