Honestly@73k miles and 6 years, your intake valves look relatively clean.

Photos were taken with the intake manifold removed. I have an issue at random times where the idle fluctuates very badly almost like the car is going to stall at start up.

Mechanic ran diagnostics and everything checked out except one time fault on cylinder 2. Mechanic wanted to verify it wasn't due to carbon build up on the valves. Still having him walnut blast it as a maintenance item; only would've saved .8 hours of labor if he didn't clean them.
