I have been wanting to do the same Stage 2 flash on my 435i and I have the same transmission so I have been looking around to find answers to the torque rating limitation.
Post above is correct in the sense that the clutch is the weak link and not the actual trans. The BM3 OTS tunes are right around the limit of what a worn stock clutch can hold, but the transmission/gears/etc can hold significantly more power. Depending on your cars history (launches, etc), your clutch may slip immediately under high load in higher gears, or it may hold up OK for a while.
