Ordered an intercooler/downpipes/rings from this vendor...everything was smooth so far. A few days go by and notice that the label for tracking has only been done and no items have shipped. I email customer support, no answer...days go by and I continue sending emails to support/IG even. No reply, it’s been 1 week+ nothing has been shipped, and they finally respond back but no solution and go back to ghost. I know everyone used their parts but damn the customer support and just their customer service has been the worst I’ve used thus far. I even PM’d the rep here @thiago and nothing.

Will cancel my order if no communication after today, absolutely ridiculous
