Mine ended up at the tax office about 3.5 weeks after I ordered them. My tags had just expired and I didn't wanna go over the 5 day grace period, so I ended up renewing my registration online, and literally the next day the new plates arrived at the tax office 
So I had to wait until my renewed tags came in the mail before I could pick up the new plates  |
How much do those black plates cost?
