I just did some digging and fount out that M performance II has the following:
Now, for those that want a little more than the 435i, and it’s plenty in its own right, there is the 435i M Performance I package ($1,500) — it adds an adaptive M suspension, larger M brakes and BMW’s Variable Sport steering. The M Performance II package ($2,500 plus the Performance I pack), however, is the real deal. Along with all the other stuff it brings a performance exhaust and an extra 26 hp and 32 lb-ft of torque for a total of 326 and 332 respectively. Both packages are available with the rear- and all-wheel-drive models.
So I believe it does have the dynamic handling since it has variable sport steering.
