Exclamation PDU Port Injection Install & tuning build. Lots of pics! UPDATE: 582.49whp/596.66wtq

So I'm one of the early adopters of the new PI kit thats made for the N55, not just a modified N54 PI kit. This kit is made by PDU and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It doesn't have any fancy engraving and stuff but thats useless when you cant even see it anyways lol. The build and materials are extremely high quality, something you would expect from a small shop in the BMW world, unlike a lot of other mass made products (One of the reasons why i love my CG Precision DP and catback so much). So ive decided to take some pics while I'm doing the install, and Ill post more as the install goes along.

This also allows for 100% E85 use!!!

This is the kit that currently holds the WR of 595whp for the N55, so hopefully ill be able to take it for the F30. The injectors are controlled by a Split Second controller, and Terry from BMS is currently developing JB4 integration.

Daniel is also an AWESOME guy to work with. Bad ass customer service, answers questions immediately and is very honest and upfront with you. No beating around the bush and he doesn't sell dreams. He will do what it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy, and also enjoys in your own success with your build. I wish I could have bought every aftermarket part on my car from him lol.

UPDATE 01/09/16:

Removed my meth system since its no longer needed, installed my Fuel-It platinum fuel line kit with E sensor and analyzer, got everything buttoned up and dropped her off to EuroCharged last week, she's funning full E85.

heres a sneak peak of the power shes producing with just the JB4 and PI (no jb4 integration just yet) and the stock DME tune

Now theyre going to work on the BEF to adjust timing and AFR's, along with some other options like cold start delete.

The Manifold is held down by 5 11mm nuts and 2 11mm bolts. theres also a wire assembly piece on the back side that has to be removed using a torx bit before you can remove the manifold. Also you have to unplug all the harnesses going to the DME, remove the charge pipe from the throttle body and disconnect the vacuum hose going through one of the intake manifold channels and across the top of the motor.

Clean intakes!!!! this is at 35K miles

The intake manifold removed with the DME mounted to the bottom, I actually took it out and brought it to Eurocharged for a new flash.

Double nutting the stud allows you to thread it all the way into the block, a must!

Worst intake manifold design in the world....why create another possible boost leak....

I threw this in here because people have asked me a few times where i mounted my meth solenoid at...well there you have it!

and this is where my JB4 is mounted...its actually supposed to be stuck to the top of the box but I moved it while doing this.
