275/35 on 19x9.5 ET42 works great. 245/40 on 19x8.5 ET30 might rub a bit the front of the fender liner while turning. Shouldn't be a big deal, maybe you will not notice it.
You can reduce the risk with the tires, that are more rounded from the sidewall to tread, and runs smaller at the edge. The PS4S as recommended by alohasurftoad is exactly this kind of tire
