Whatever it is in FA you changed (you should know), then set it back to original, and write back to car VCM.
I hope at least the replacement ACSM4 part Number shows in ETK as Superseding the original one, else you cannot ensure compatibility.
Lastly, I-Step Shipment of replacement ECU is seldom same as car, particularly if Part Number is different. In such case, you must select correct I-Step Shipment of replacement ECU, not car, else you flash wrong firmware to ECU. You will know correct ECU I-Step Shipment when ECU HWEL in svt_soll (Target) is Black, not Red / Blue.
