That is funny. On the GTI, I had fade in 70 degree weather after 2 laps at Gingerman with the dust shields on running street tires. The next year, I removed them and had no fade in 95 degree weather running R comps and managed to set the track record in TTE.

Did you happen to take any photos showing how you cut the dust shields and how you attached the GT3 brake scoops?
