Yes - should be perfectly fine.
It does not have BMW LL- approval, but appears to be much better choice than BMW TPT LL-12FE anyways. Relevant MB, Porche and VW approvals are there, GTL based, German made.
I went with TPT LL-04 for my X3d as it rarely sees temps below 0C (360 days a year above 10C). Previously on TPT LL-12FE it had turbine noises and questionable UOA results.
When my excessive TPT LL-04 stock runs out I'll switch to PP Euro LX 0w-30 for X3d and PP Euro L 5w-30 for 335d & x5d
