But I don't think they seem to do a good job at communicating the differences especially when considering price variations. Why would I want to pay several thousand dollars more for a 4 series gran coupe over a 3 series sedan for instance? A slightly slooping roofline isn't worth that much to most people. I agree it could bring in more people but I am also frustrated at the lack of many options especially with the F30 regarding interior colors etc that are specific to each line. If you are going to create a whole new chassis to grab more segments, why not expand the options on the ones you have as well?
