I had a 440i for 3 years and now have a 335d...
I like both but mpg is close... that's mainly down to the 440i being really good..
I do like the xdrive but the car does feel heavier. Main thing for me is setting off at junctions etc in the lovely northern rain..
I'm thinking I'll go m440i next, when they finally arrive.. got the xdrive and right power from the start..
The 335d is great and such a good all rounder... but as fast as it is, it actually doesn't make me want to put my foot down.. the 440i did..
