The track handling is there, but is glitchy. You have to start the build with M sport design, then no tier selected. When you get to the packages page click driving assistance. A pop up will come asking if you want to add a the premium tier. Add and continue, then when it's thinking about it then you have to start clicking rapidly just to the right of the popup box (about the same level as the top line of the 20" wheel disclaimer and just to the left of where the check mark is for the driving assistance package. If you do it correctly a second pop will appear asking if you want to add track handling. Click yes.
There is a another glitch that you can't use the build ID to return to the same build. It'll come up with the luxury package with track handling.
Just talk to a dealer. They can use the spec sheet to build the car with track handling
