These calipers should go right on and since you have a 435 should not need bigger rotors as the ones already installed should be the same ones that come with the M Performance Brake Kit anyway as explained
here.
All you should have to do is get 370/345mm rotors.
And when your brakes need to be changed it should just be the pads and possibly the rotors.
