Did you add "508" (can't have 507 and 508 together), 3AG and 5DL in your VO? Did you code the FEM, REM, HU_CIC/NBT, TRSVC, ICM, and PMA(if equipped) modules afterwards?
Run ISTA diagnostic and will give you a good sense of directions. Or just post the errors here and we can help you.
Do a search for ISTA on this forum and you should be able to download it and also find instructions on how to use it.
