Your 2.0 60's are hurting you.
I ran my 328xi (Msport, non sport trans) the other weekend and was cutting 1.8 60' on the stall (~3k).
My best run was 13.93 @ 98mph. My worst 60' was 1.98. Almost a 1.8x every time. That was BMS stage 1 tune at +3psi only. stock intake, exhaust only has a axle back race pipe which has no power gains.
