I've found out by my self the different version by checking
www.realoem.com, because when I installed my MPE I immediately noticed the different sound in comparison with those videos of american 435i...
Then BMW Italy wrote me (in reply to my question) that BMW Europe is studying the way to omologate the US version: they are perfectly aware that something doesn't work with our "339" model!
Last thing: I was used to the fantastic sound of my BMW Performance Exhaust of my old E91 335xi and so my expectations were "qualified"
