Got a CEL on my 2013 328 with the error code P0597 - thermostat. Looks like there's a warranty extension in the states which covers it for up to 10y/120k miles. Found this thread:

Well, just checking, has anything changed since last year? Anyone been able to replace the thermostat under the extended warranty?
