I have the adaptive m sport suspension and have heard of shocks/struts needing replacing at around 160,000km. My car is at around 90,000km/55,000 miles and the suspension is still smooth. I'll keep it in mind though!

Might seem smooth but it's been degrading over the years
At 70,000 miles my rear shocks were done. Fronts were more than 50% worn.
