You are right it's going to annoy a lot of die hards, but even more so, it's going to p.o. people that actually shop different brands before buying. Hopefully BMW will rethink this "one size fits all" strategy. It's just dumb for a $40K+ car.
Actually compared to E90, with the specific lines F30 offers more cosmetic items to suit an individual's taste.
