It looks good, but the proportions are all wrong. The wheelbase is too long for a car with that short a front end. It looks like a Z4 merged with a 5 series and then shortened a bit for good measure. It reminds me of a picture that has been stretched or had its dimensions altered too much.
Then again, I should have expected this, as BMWs have become larger and fatter with each generation. Like a spouse who won't quit eating unhealthy food. I personally have to draw the line, and have to say I certainly won't be in a 3-series for the next generation, which means I probably won't be in a BMW.
