I looked for half a year for a 340xi with < 10k miles with 6 speed and finally found one. Picked it up 2 weeks ago and it's been awesome. I'm coming from a 2005 S4. Although the tech is older, "Quattro" is marketed as some mystical system, but the AWD system on the 340xi feels a lot more sporty with a more noticeable rear bias. I'm absolutely loving it so far.
