335i manual 45K miles Clean Title- Heads-up display, sport package, heated seats, harman/kardon sound, almost new tires, sun roof, black interior with red trim, bluetooth connect... The car is in great shape, has never had a problem and has never been modified. The previous owner got backed into in a vons parking lot while parked. The carfax will show this as an accident only because the owner used his insurance as the person that hit him fled without responsibility. I have photos and the car was repaired at a certified BMW shop.
