Chiropractors
Just wondering people's views on chiropractors.
I damaged my back years ago and had been religiously seeing my chiropractor every 6 weeks for an "adjustment". It had turned into a habit....
Anyway, since an accident in January and subsequent illness, I was not able to see him. It has now been 8 months since I was last there and all ok (hope I don't regret saying that!).
I'm back training in the gym and concentrating on my core.
