I just picked up my F30 M-Sport and switched out my wheels with the square set-up I was using for my 535xi.
Avant Garde 359 19 x 9 et35
with 245/40/19
No issues or rubbing.
Now I just need to figure out how to get the thing to stay in Sport mode.....
