We have not done a M235i so I don't want to say these arms will fit.

F8x tension arms will be next as we have limited time on this particular R&D. No, there is no issues with xenon or not as you can see we have the rod on the M wishbone.

Yes, alignment after the installation is required. It's just like the E9x chassis as far as camber gain.
