EXACT PROCESS: 1st step would be you agreeing to move forward and giving me your name and email which I will give to BMW. they'll then email you the credit application where you have to pay $500. If approved, we meet in person, you give me another $2300, and we sign & mail BMW the final paperwork. I give you the keys once BMW approves everything. You would be responsible for the last 11 payments. At the end of the lease, you get $2800 back from BMW. If your credit application doesn't get improved, BMW will refund you $400 or you can try reapplying at no cost with a cosigner.
