I don't have any direct experience with them yet, but my girlfriend has been taking her Mini to Dr. Beemer for the last couple of years and has been incredibly pleased with the service. I just bought my 328 a couple of months ago, but I'll be using them when the time comes. The fact that they're about a mile down the road from my work makes that choice a bit easier, but overall I've heard and read really good things.
