Since not every car has neck warmer I will try to explain the issue in a different way too.
The issue is something like we press seat warmer button , the seat warmer indicator light switches on for 5 second, the seat doesn't start warming up . And after 5 second seat warmer button light switches off.
Do you know what could be the issue. Does it seems like a fuse issue?
