You can make 400 whp on stock turbo, but you probably wont make it on MHD OTS maps. E20 map will get you close with supporting mods. If the temp was cold, a larger IC is probably not going to help you make more power, but datalogs would confirm the impact of your IC.

MHD is load based so unless you had timing corrections/high IATs or other issues (not meeting load target), you aren't going to make more power by adding other minor mods beyond what you listed, you will just benefit in other ways (throttle response, drivability, lower WGDC, etc).

The only way you are going to consistently get over 400whp on stock turbo is with better fuel (and the mods to supply the necessary quantity) and a custom tune.
IAT's did struggle most likely due to the stock IC so some timings were pulled - I know the guys pretty well at the garage now so they did me an extra pull whilst misting the IC and that's how I peaked at 382hp.

Fuelling is the next issue as we literally get E5 and newly introduced E10 in the UK. Race fuel is available but you've got to be prepared to buy huge amounts of it unless you're friendly with a supplier.. that or 1000 mile round trip to Germany and back haha
