Can confirm CarGurus is bonkers with their price analysis. They also mesh all the base models as well as the fraudulent dealers with 328's advertising as 340's interfere with their price. Most of my 340's that are posted for $29,995 are listed at "high price" even though retail value is in mid 30's.
