Car and Driver's long term test 328d also had transfer case issues. Kind of worrisome. I hope it's not something that will need to be replaced every 50k.

Does that mean the car would just keep running without any issues and the car would be a fully functioning rear wheel drive car? That doesn't sound so bad.
