Comfort/sport most of the time.
Sport + when I know for sure there is no chance of ice. (Sport + in winter is what took my 328i from me.)
when I want to have fun in the summer, Sport/Sport + and paddle shifters are amazing.
when I'm low on gas or cruising for an extended period of time, Eco pro and cruise control all the way.
