Yes, all the cars eligible already have 4G for Data, but use 3G for some Connected Drive voice services. Trying to identify what will & won’t work post 2/22 in our cars without the upgrade (and with).
Pretty sure your Weather app would continue to function (BMW apps use the 4G data connection). |
Thanks for this post. I wasn't aware that all BMW's eligible for upgrade use 4G for data and 3G for most connected drive services. That's the part I was understanding, so thanks!
