Did you have any recall for your car? I have a 2015 420d b47 same engine and there's a recall about EGR, doing it next week. I also have the same 284E00 lambda error and dpf getting blocked, regen error...will let you know if it was fixed.
If not, it's probably the oxygen sensor going bad. It's a known problem in these cars...
