I've included some pictures. I still haven't been able to get an idea on shipping costs but will be able to stop by local ups store tomorrow to find out. I did want to note that one tire did get punctured and repaired by discount tire. It's good to go and I circled it so everyone could see! Let me know if you have any questions.
